Our Effective Selling Skills course empowers you to become a master of persuasive communication, enhancing your influence in sales and beyond. In this 2 days course, you will You will learn how to apply the G.I.V.E framework—Genuine, Introduction, Value Meter, Envision the Future—to transform interactions into impactful communication. Be enabled to anticipate and navigate rejections using the AUG methodology (Agree, Understand, Go Back). Master effective closing techniques, including fear of loss, next-to-nothing offers, and value-driven propositions, to vividly paint a compelling vision that guides your audience toward action. Clearly define your communication objectives, strategically map your approach, and refine each step to consistently achieve optimal, measurable outcomes.

Entry Requirements:
- Aged 21 and above
- Have basic computer literacy Level 2
- Have minimum GCE “N”, “O” or “A” Level / NITEC or a diploma qualification
- Be Professionals, Managers, Executives or Technicians with minimum 2 years of working ex-perience
- Have an understanding and working knowledge of sales and marketing principles/practices and
- Have an English language proficiency equivalent of higher of any of the following – GCSE N/O Levels pass in English / WPLN Level 5 / IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL (internet-based total) 46-59.
