Our Art of Persuasion course empowers you to become a master of persuasive communication, enhancing your influence in sales and beyond. In this 2 days course, you will learn how to apply the G.I.V.E framework—Genuine, Introduction, Value Meter, Envision the Future—to transform interactions into impactful communication. Be enabled to anticipate and navigate rejections using the AUG methodology (Agree, Understand, Go Back).

Course Highlights
- Understand the concept of Preconceived Notions (P.C.N): how individuals’ past experiences and assumptions influence their worldview and how they perceive the value of the ideas you communicate.
- Understand the concept of an action threshold: the critical point in a person’s decision-making process when they become convinced or emotionally ready to take action.
- Understand the concept of a Value Meter: how prospects perceive the worth of your idea.
- Use the G.I.V.E. Methodology to elevate the value of your proposal until it surpasses the prospect’s action threshold.
- Learn communication and persuasion techniques like “Fear of Loss”, “Value or Price”, and “Next-to-Nothing” to help prospects envision the benefits of action and the cost of inaction.
- Use the SMART Goal Framework to set targets and continuously improve your persuasion skills.

Candidates who complete each module with at least 75% attendance and demonstrate competency during assessment will receive a Certificate of Completion by FirstCom Academy and a WSQ Statement of Attainment.
Entry Requirements:
- Aged 21 and above
- Have basic computer literacy Level 2
- Have minimum GCE “N”, “O” or “A” Level / NITEC or a diploma qualification
- Be Professionals, Managers, Executives or Technicians with minimum 2 years of working ex-perience
- Have an understanding and working knowledge of sales and marketing principles/practices and
- Have an English language proficiency equivalent of higher of any of the following – GCSE N/O Levels pass in English / WPLN Level 5 / IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL (internet-based total) 46-59.
