Learn how to define effective personal targets using the SMART goal framework (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound)

Explore both extrinsic factors (preconceived notions, market demand) and intrinsic factors (sales metrics/ratios, effective execution of GIVE Value) that can impact goal achievement.

Afternoon Session
Individual Activity:Case study discussion to analyse how the effective execution of the GIVE Value framework directly impacts desired outcomes
Learn practical strategies and techniques to improve your delivery of the GIVE Value proposition, enhancing its impact on prospects.
Undertake a self-reflection process to refine your key sales metrics and ratios based on the goals you have set, ensuring alignment and trackability
Entry Requirements:
- Aged 21 and above
- Have basic computer literacy Level 2
- Have minimum GCE “N”, “O” or “A” Level / NITEC or a diploma qualification
- Be Professionals, Managers, Executives or Technicians with minimum 2 years of working ex-perience
- Have an understanding and working knowledge of sales and marketing principles/practices and
- Have an English language proficiency equivalent of higher of any of the following – GCSE N/O Levels pass in English / WPLN Level 5 / IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL (internet-based total) 46-59.
