Doreen is an ACLP-certified educator who began her legal career almost 3 decades ago, specialising in corporate and family litigation. Over time, she developed expertise in managing high-stakes disputes, but her passion for collaborative problem-solving led her to shift focus to mediation, empowering parties to find their own solutions, fostering more fulfilling and sustainable outcomes.

In 2008, Doreen expanded her career into corporate consulting, specialising in talent acquisition, leadership development, succession management, performance management, and employee engagement.

Currently, at FirstCom Academy, Doreen delivers training focusing on practical, real-world strategies that enhance employee engagement, leadership potential, and performance management. Combining her legal background with corporate consultancy, Doreen offers a unique perspective to help individuals resolve disputes, make effective decisions and build strong interpersonal connections.
