Andy is an ACTA-certified Adult Educator, a CSM®, a CSPO® and holds an MBA specialising in Knowledge Management and Employee Motivation. He is currently pursuing another Master’s in Digital Management. With more than a decade of prior experience in Organisational Excellence work in the Education, Research and Healthcare sectors, he was last seen helping a Digital Design Agency to set up a Design School in Myanmar before the epidemic.

Andy is currently the Chief Helper of “Need Help?”, an agency specialising in Content Planning and Creation, where he helps organisations and individuals develop corporate and personal branding through Content Marketing.

Andy is also one of the few who has attended the six-month Advanced Facilitators Program from IAL. As a Trainer Practitioner, Andy has the latest and first-hand industry knowledge on Digital Content Marketing. Learners attending Andy’s course at FirstCom Academy can expect a fun and inspiring learning experience.
