With 16 years of experience in training, Zainal is a dynamic force in unconventional thinking, known for his ASK Strategic Networking and Thinking philosophy. He has been a catalyst for change, especially in his partnership with e2i, where he reshaped ASK and EW programs. Between 2007 and 2009, during a severe economic crisis, Zainal trained thousands of retrenched workers, with over 50% securing jobs within three months of attending his workshops.
Zainal has also worked with prestigious healthcare institutions like Raffles Medical Group and Parkway Medical, where he helped staff excel in Effective Customer Service and IT Literacy. His recent efforts include delivering the SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace (SFDW) program and conducting WSQ Business Negotiation workshops.
