Yang Yen Thaw is an educator, author, lawyer, and a self-professed techie with over three decades of international experience spanning law, management, and digital transformation. He has advised and assisted clients in listed and private companies across the world as executive director and general counsel of companies, partner/founder in law firms, and his own management consultancy company.

He is the author of several books including Artificial Intelligence: 111 AI Terms and Explanations with Generative AI, yt’s Data Protection Governance Framework, Digital Transformation – An Introduction, Common Contract Clauses 2023, and Business Negotiations. As a certified ACLP+ACTA adult trainer and Registered Management Consultant, he has trained more than 3,500 professionals, public agencies, and school students in AI, data analytics, data protection, digital intelligence, and critical thinking.
