As an accomplished and experienced ACTA-certified trainer with over 23 years of expertise in Human Resource Development, Ronald is no stranger to helping both organisations and individuals achieve their full potential. He is the Master Trainer of Singapore’s Serving Leader Movement, where he works closely with businesses to tackle learning and development challenges and create strategies that lead to improved organisational effectiveness.
Prior to his current role as a Master Trainer, Ronald served as Brunei Shell Petroleum’s Course Director for Global Programs and operated a Trainers’ Learning Academy in Singapore. Having dedicated his entire career to learning and development, Ronald joins us at FirstCom Academy to continue his passion for helping individuals and organisations succeed. His areas of specialisation include leadership, people management and development.
