Our Trainers

Ranford Neo is a published author of two books on entrepreneurship. He also spoke at the TEDxYouth event and has been invited on local radio stations to share about his entrepreneurship and book publishing journey.

Apart from being a trainer at FirstCom Academy, he is also the director of business development for Diverse Learning, an education company that develops products and courses to make learning fun and interactive. He is also the lead trainer at Storyaire Academy, coaching aspiring solopreneurs and freelancers to start something of their own.

Ranford is passionate about training and development and specialises in soft skills training. He believes that enhancing this skill set will enable people to be critical thinkers and learn to collaborate and communicate more effectively.
