Before transitioning to the training sector, Prabhjit built a diverse career across multiple industries, including communication, marketing, public relations, corporate communication, and customer service management. His extensive experience in both public and private sectors has endowed him with a profound understanding of organisational dynamics, enabling him to customise his training programs to address the specific needs of different industries and audiences at various levels. 

Since 2020, Prabhjit has concentrated on equipping organisations and individuals with essential digital and AI skills, recognising the critical importance of these competencies in today’s and tomorrow’s workplaces. At Firstcom Academy, he delivers training in Cybersecurity Awareness, ChatGPT, Digital Marketing, and AI Tools.
