Ng Lee Li

Lee Li has over two decades of experience as lecturer, trainer and consultant. She is a certified workplace learning specialist with experience in helping private and public sector organisations to set up workplaces learning structures, systems and processes to enable continuous learning and improvement on the job. 

Her range of local and international projects included consultancy, training,  facilitation, coaching & mentoring, instructional design, curriculum planning and development. Her expertise can be applied to traditional learning as well as e-learning, micro-learning, blended learning and experiential learning projects. 

Her familiarity with the skills framework for different industries enabled different stakeholders to understand their skills needs better and contribute to the skills development and upgrading in their respective organisation.  

As a veteran educator, she has conducted training for a range of industries from hospitality, business services and manufacturing. Her training includes topics such as leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, service excellence, service  design, communication and others.  

Lee Li holds a Masters Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, USA and a Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma State University, USA. She is certified in DACE and ACTA and has been an Associate Trainer in several private institutions since 2012.
