At various academies, Musli has developed and delivered courses in diverse areas, ranging from Food and WSH Safety to Digital Transformation in 5G and AI technologies. His role as a Registered Instructor at the Ministry of Education highlights his dedication to nurturing leadership, communication, and specialised skills at young level facilitation.

Musli’s professional journey is marked by his hands-on expertise and leadership roles in maritime operations and technical superintendency with Hong Lam Marine Pte Ltd, where he managed and executed crucial maintenance and compliance protocols as well as polishing his leadership and communication skills. This real-world experience enriches his training modules, making them highly relevant and practically applied, ensuring that learners not only gain knowledge but also understand its application in real scenarios.
