In 2022, he was certified by the International Enneagram Association as a Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram Personality Profiling, and in 2020, he became an International NLP Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

He was accredited as an Associate Adult Educator (AAE) by the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) for his significant contribution to raising the quality of Continuing Education and Training (CET) in Singapore. He holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, UK. Before embarking on his Performance Coaching career, Maximus was a top performer in the Financial Planning industry, achieving outstanding sales records over 16 years. He is a multiple award winner and a global convention qualifier to Paris, Japan, China, Australia, and Korea.
