Kenny is a highly effective ACTA and DACE certified Adult Educator and Corporate Trainer with extensive experience in delivering both stand-up and online training sessions. He has facilitated over a thousand training sessions for a diverse range of learners in corporations and public courses, including WSQ courses. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Kenny develops and delivers training curriculum in both languages, which has enabled him to conduct training across Malaysia, China, Taiwan, and Singapore.

As an accomplished business performance consultant, Kenny specialises in helping SMEs improve productivity and performance. His consultancy experience, combined with his work in corporate settings, allows him to enrich his training sessions with relevant industry insights and examples. Over the last twenty years, he has trained thousands of learners in areas such as Facilitation Skills, Critical Core Skills, Leadership and People Management, Sales and Marketing, Service Excellence, Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship, and Motivational and Outdoor Adventure-Based Training.

Kenny also develops training curriculum and courseware focused on soft skills, particularly in leadership development, which has been well received by participants from various nationalities. He graduated with honours in Business and Management Studies from the University of Bradford, UK. Committed to lifelong learning, Kenny regularly attends Train-the-Trainer programmes led by world-class trainers and holds qualifications including the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE), and Blending Learning with Work and Technology (BLWT) from the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL). His dedication to continuous improvement keeps him aligned with the latest trends in the marketplace.
