Julie Lim
Julie has over 25 years of Sales and Marketing experience in selling high-value IT Software solutions to Key Accounts spanning across logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing industries in the Asia Pacific region. Her customers ranged from MNCs to SMEs, and the deals managed ranged from thousands to millions of dollars. She has been based in Beijing and Thailand, as well as in her home country of Singapore.
As Head of Sales in several of her positions, she managed sales and marketing teams and successfully implemented lead generation, direct and channels sales strategies that helped secure global accounts and opened up new markets.
She strongly believes that all customers, whether big or small, from any industry share similar objectives. Essentially to provide their customers with excellent products and services, to have long term viability, growth, and profitability.
Leveraging on her experiences and successful selling career, Julie now coaches and trains Sales Professionals to gain the knowledge and skills needed to do lead generation, telemarketing, prospecting, targeted marketing, sales qualification, and most importantly value selling, especially in today’s digital age. She also provides consultation on Sales and Digital Marketing strategies, and Sales Training needs with Sales Leaders.
