Jennice has built the first half of her career in the corporate HR space where she specialised in  Recruitment, working as part of HR teams in major financial institutions in the capacity of Head of  Talent Acquisition. She also has held positions such as Service Delivery Manager as well as Project  Consultant in large Recruitment Process Outsourcing companies, managing local and remote  recruitment teams. She has therefore accumulated rich, regional experiences in stakeholder  management, team and people management across various industries including banking and  finance, pharmaceutical and life sciences, and also FMCG. 

Jennice has successfully made a mid-career transition and embarked on a new journey to pursue her  passion and interest in training and people development. She has facilitated and delivered various  soft skills and management programs to individuals and businesses. Apart from being a Trainer,  Jennice is also a photographer and conducts photography workshops locally and overseas.
