JC Tan is a seasoned technology professional with over two decades of experience spanning IT leadership, data science, and management. He has overseen IT, finance, and operations, and has experience building technology risk management programmes and leading digital transformation initiatives across web, mobile, and cloud platforms. Previously, JC drove business intelligence projects for global clients such as Unilever, where he developed data platforms and dashboards to accelerate decision-making. He also spent over a decade in medical and cognitive neuroscience research, pioneering Singapore’s first fMRI facility and publishing in peer-reviewed journals. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ACLP-certified adult educator, JC is passionate about using technology, AI, and process optimisation to help organisations operate more efficiently and sustainably.
