Hasnah Rahman

Hasnah A. Rahman, affectionately known as Ms. Has, brings over 27 years of transformative experience working with educators, parents, children, leaders, and entrepreneurs. She is the founder of Positive Focus Pte. Ltd., where she delivers empowering education that fosters happiness, resilience, and well-being. As a business owner, she also engages in freelance projects with various organisations and independently conducts and manages her own programmes.

Hasnah is an accomplished independent trainer, coach, speaker, and author, with her expertise and dedication making a significant impact on diverse audiences. Drawing from her personal journey as a single mother, she successfully guided her son in overcoming learning challenges, culminating in his achievement of a double degree in Law and Liberal Arts from Yale-NUS. Her work focuses on empowering corporate executives and adults, helping them unlock their potential by emphasising inner motivation and joy to conquer professional and personal challenges.

In addition to her training work, Hasnah has made appearances in the media, including hosting and consulting for MediaCorp’s Okto Club MAGIC TV programme, a 74-episode series focused on holistic child development. Her extensive experience in positive education training spans preschool to secondary levels, impacting learners across all ages.

As the Founding President of BNI Venus in Singapore, Hasnah led a philanthropic project that raised $19,000 for children’s education. She also co-authored Venus Rising – The Phoenix Awakens: 21 Stories of Growth, Resilience and Entrepreneurship, with proceeds donated to the BNI Foundation to transform global children’s education. Additionally, in her role as National Trainer, Launch Director, and Director Consultant for Business Network International Singapore, she is a passionate advocate for entrepreneurial success, fostering essential connections that contribute to organisational growth and prosperity.

Hasnah is a trainer at GIG International School, specialising in phonics, early literacy, speech development, creative drama, music, and movement, and holds a Certificate of Professional Practice from the London Teacher Training College. She is also a Positive Intelligence Coach for Reboot Quotient (PQ APAC), focusing on developing positive intelligence strategies, and a facilitator for the SRA Excellent Service Award (EXSA) 2023 workshops, enhancing service excellence in the retail sector.
