Ethan’s journey began in the financial services and property management sectors, where he honed his skills in financial planning, operations management, and safety protocols. Recognising the growing importance of education and technology, he transitioned into adult education, where he conducts workshops on Personal Finance, Financial Literacy, Safety Management, and Digital  Transformation. His teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that practical knowledge and a strong mindset are essential for success in today’s rapidly evolving landscape. 

In the manufacturing and technology sectors, Ethan has applied his expertise in safety and  operations management to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with industry standards. His experience in implementing ISO certifications and safety protocols has been instrumental in creating safer, more efficient workplaces. Additionally, his understanding of emerging technologies, including digital platforms and cybersecurity, has enabled him to guide organisations through the complexities of Industry 4.0 and digital supply chain transformation.
