With over 15 years of experience in writing, digital marketing and e-commerce, Cheak has learned proven methods to improve conversions for businesses. He believes in harnessing the power of content, accelerated and diversified with the help of AI tools, to resonate with target audiences. Cheak applies this concept in his lessons, having successfully trained learners ranging from C-Suite, middle-management, to tertiary students and even taxi drivers, homemakers and prison inmates.

Having worked for local and international brands such as BMW, DBS, International Baccalaureate, DKSH, Clarins, KPMG, FortyTwo, Trend Micro and HealthHub, Cheak also recognises that there is no one-size-fits-all solution for an organisation’s digital presence. Instead he encourages his learners to ‘bring their work to class’ – contextualising what they learn in the classroom to real-world applications in their daily roles.

Apart from being an ACTA-certified trainer and facilitator for several institutions, Cheak is also a WSQ courseware developer and polytechnic module leader. Having led teams consisting of content strategists, media planners, SEO specialists and account managers, Cheak believes in inter-department collaboration to bring colleagues out of their silos to share knowledge, smoothen communication and build cohesive efforts through customised training.
