Kim Heng is a WSQ ACTA-certified trainer with FirstCom Academy. He is also a registered trainer with MOE and PA. He has been in the financial service industry for more than 25 years and manages a team of financial adviser representatives. He is involved in the recruitment, training and development of the representatives as well as the digital marketing activities for the company. His proficiency is in the areas of critical soft skills, digital marketing and social media marketing.

Kim Heng is an Accredited Enneagram Practitioner and Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master. His experience in training and communicating with individuals from all walks of life helps him to be able to simplify complex concepts to the learners.
