Agnes Oon
Agnes brings over 35 years of expertise in operations, process excellence, program management, change management, and digital transformation. She spent 17 years with Maersk Logistics and DP DHL, where she played a key role in customer migration, systems integration, and training during three major mergers. Agnes developed and led training strategies that became foundational for these integrations, earning high praise, including the CEO Extra-mile award in 2016.
Agnes is a certified Adult Educator with a WSQ Advanced Certification in Training & Assessment (ACTA) and has shared her expertise in various regional conferences. She co-founded the Excellence Community to promote best practices and continuous improvement. Agnes holds an MBA, graduating as Valedictorian and receiving the Academic Excellence Award from Universitas 21 Global.
