Be Formally Certified in Leadership Excellence and Talent Management
Learners who complete the programme with at least 75% attendance and demonstrate competency during assessments will receive a total of 3 Certificates of Completion by FirstCom Academy and 3 SkillsFuture WSQ Statements of Attainment. They will also be certified to be formally trained in Leadership Excellence and Talent Management.
